Who approves my prescription?
Every prescription is reviewed and approved by a licensed provider from our provider group. Is this available in all 50 states?
Availability varies by provider and by pharmacy licensure. Ask directly before you pay — some platforms advertise nationwide access but cannot ship compounded injectables to every state.
If I have questions later, can I still message my doctor — or do they only approve my prescription?

Do I have to commit to auto refill?
No. Every plan is fully flexible — pause, delay, reschedule, or cancel whenever you want, right from your patient portal or with a quick message to our team. Your next refill date is always shown on your portal and in every confirmation email, and you’ll get an email and text before anything processes, so there are never surprises. Refills run every 25 days on monthly plans and every 85 days on quarterly, timed so your next supply arrives before you run out. The only ask: make changes at least 48 hours before the refill date shown so we can pull the order before the pharmacy fills it. One note for injectables like TriMix: per FDA/USP guidelines, vials have a 28-day beyond-use date once punctured.
